Needless to say, I am excited! Plans are working out according to my plan that I discussed with you at our last reunion. The whole Casper area are getting involved with our reunion there this year. The dates will be... arriving on July 11 to the 14th . We will depart the next day on the 15th. I have talked with people from the Chamber of Commerce, the state senator's office, the Wyoming Veterans Organization and several others. They are getting together this week to disuss just what they are going to do for us. The Chamber has selected the PARKWAY PLAZA HOTEL for our stay, and we are to make our own reservations. $65.00 a night. The phone number is 307-235-1777 or 1/800 270 7829.

Here is the itinerary ;
Monday July 11th; Arrive, Meet and greet at the hotel that evening sponsored by the VFW.
Tuesday July 12th; (8:00AM - 10:30AM) Ride on a floot in the Annual Casper Fair & Rodeo Parade) Tuesday afternoon; Could be a tour of Fort Casper Museum (Special exhibit of USS Natrona artifacts) 5:00PM ( Dinner at the Central Wy Fair & Rodeo)
Wednesday July 13th; (Morning tour of the Veterans Museum (they are doing a special exhibit)Wednesday Afternoon ; Tour of the Mational Three Trails Museums, a history of Natrona County. 4:00PM (BBQ and baseball game at the Casper Ghosts Minor League Baseball Field. A recognition ceremony on the pitchers mound, with a veteran color guard.
Thursday July 14th; Possible driving tour of the area (Casper Mtn, Alvova Lake) also Alcova produces world class fishinng and I could set up something if anyone wanted to fish. Meet with the County Commissioners for a ceremony at the Court House with the Helm of the 214.
Friday July 15th; Go home
